I received an email stating that I needed to renew my business insurance by the end of this month. My policy just lapsed, I had renewed my policy, and was ready to uploaded the latest COI.
However, on the Business Insurance page, my last submittal is still in the 'Submitted' status and I cannot upload any new documentation.
I contacted seller support, we walked through the email, insurance policy, and they said I should ignore the email. However, the current policy that is still in "submitted" status is the old policy that has lapsed. I still need to upload my current policy.
