Display Name in Messaging system showing personal name
The Amazon messaging system looks different today so they’ve obviously changed something. Previously, the display name on the messages I send to customers showed from my business name. The from display name is now wrong in the message system. It is showing my personal name instead of my business name as the from name when I send messages to buyers. No one is going to open a message from “Jane Doe” but they might open it from “SuperStore” because they made a purchase with us. I cannot find where to change it. Please advise. I do not want buyer messages to have my personal name on them.

I recently had to open a case because my listings suddenly showed being shipped from a different state.
Took them quite awhile, but it was fixed. No explanation as to why it happened.
