Section 3 Initiated from Customers Receiving items damaged but FBA?

My account is under section 3 and it looks like it was triggered due to several complaints of receiving orders damaged. The item is glass and none were received damaged in the multiple fulfillment centers they were sent to. How am I responsible for this!!

You need to pack your honey in sturdy boxes or bubble wrap BEFORE you ship it to any Amazon Fulfillment Center.

This is YOUR responsibility, not Amazon's.

I am a frequent buyer on Amazon, in addition to being a seller. Amazon's food packing is hit or miss, as is that of 3P Amazon sellers.

Both you and Amazon need to pack your items carefully, especially liquids and food items, before shipping to Amazon warehouses.

I hope you can learn from this situation and get your well-packed food item made available again to Amazon customers.

Anything you send to Amazon needs to withstand a 3 foot drop on a hard floor, from all sides and corners.

Thank you for the information shared regarding the recent issues you have observed with your account. I know the account being under review can cause increasing concern, and so I do want to get you support on how you will want to proceed.

Generally, in matters of Section 3, the concern will be the authenticity or authorization associated with a product. Would you be able to share the specific notification that you received? What type of information or documents have you been able to provide up to this point? Did they refer to the product being damaged or mention the quality when you received the request for details?

I encourage you to continue to share any information or details you have on this situation so that guidance can be provided to you.

Best,

Atlas
