Does a section 3 deactivation deactivate the entire account or only a marketplace like the United States, Canada or Mexico
It will deactivate the marketplace where you get the violation, however it will put your payments on hold with the rest of your active marketplaces as it will ALL go to Account level reserve until you get your account reactivated.

I understand you are looking to understand how a section 3 concern would impact the account. Section 3 can refer to several type of concerns, but if it does cause a disruption to one of your marketplaces, it could further impact your other marketplaces.
This would be due to the set up of our multiple accounts policy which states you are authorized to conduct business in multiple marketplaces as long as they all remain in an active status.
