Read onlyAll my products are textile camping-related items that have been sold for several years. Two days ago, two-thirds of my listings were suddenly classified by the system as pesticide-related products and taken down without warning! I submitted them for review by the relevant team two days ago, but there's still no response. I've opened countless cases, yet no one has been able to help! My sales have been seriously impacted—what should I do?
Hi there @Seller_60ALdJF4AkBFA,
I'm sorry you are having issues with your products identified as Pest control products and pesticide products. The most common reason for this is pesticide claims on the detail page, product packaging, or advertising. Pesticide claims are any claim that the product is antimicrobial, antifungal, antibacterial, anti-mold, or is a pesticide. This could be something like "mildew resistant" or made claims that the product "prevents tampering from squirrels". I would recommend you review your products to ensure you aren't making any of these claims before appealing that the product is not a pesticide product. If you continue to hit a barrier, please provide your most recent Seller Support Case and I will review to see what options I can offer. Thank you for your understanding.
