Wrong price on order
Order price is 11.50 instead of 15.45 on an ASIN, I have NOT enrolled in automated pricing and did NOT change the price either! What is this mess? Third time in a couple of weeks, and the first one is still not figured out, just keep getting updates about how internal team is still working on it.. at least Amazon should refund the price difference instantly if their system is failing..

Is the order from the Channel Islands? If so I believe they are VAT exempt

What marketplace was the transaction placed on? Where are you based? Where was the item ordered to? Was it a Business Customer? Are you VAT registered? Was it FBA? Can you see the product being offered at that price either on the customer facing page or in your inventory manager?
