We have an upcoming sale and a lot of stock ready, this is really urgent and the seller support is also clueless. Has anyone faced this issue and was it fixed?

We have a lot of stock ready, this is really urgent and the seller support is also clueless. They are doing nothing, we sellers are not here to call the seller support team all the day. They didn't even resolve the small issues.
