Read onlyAmazon, automatically turned on vacation mode and all my listings are inactive now, we have tried turning it off from settings but it does not work. We have a lot of stock ready, this is really urgent and the seller support is also clueless. They are doing nothing, we sellers are not here to call the seller support team all the day. They didn't even resolve the small issues.
So Kindly please resolve our problem as fast as you can.

We received a performance notification saying that due to a sudden spike of orders the orders are being temporarily restricted on my account.We did not even receive more than 0 orders but still we got an email mentioning a spike of the orders.
Amazon has made my listing status as inactive. My listing status is inactive and we are not able to active it.
Within 4 days, this is the third time my listing status has been inactive again without any reason.
We are not getting any help from the team.
What are we supposed to do?
No amazon team is helping us.
My listing visibility is being impacted as all my listings are inactive.

exactly the same has happened to us from 12 am today. i am not sure what is happening at amazon, we have raised a case and discussed the matter with our account manager, there has been no resolution yet.
