Useless Account manager
Our account manager never returns emails or communications with us. How do we report him for not doing his job. ??we have issues we need resolved and are in need of someone who actually dose what he is overpaid for.

Yeah that bro is useless. He is supposedly my "Account Manager" as well. Sent me some long email back in July about how I'm a top seller and how he is familiar with my account and was ready to help me in any way possible.
Right away I was sus, because I sell like 5 things a month, compared to some of the "handmade" items on Handmade's front page that sell 2,000 to 5,000 a month....so yeah I know I'm not a "Top Seller". I could smell his BS a mile away.
I told him if he is familiar with my account, then he should be familiar with my posts on the Handmade forum, which I linked several.
I asked him if he really was apart of Handmade's team...or just an FBA/Ad's rep assigned to the Handmade sellers to sell them on FBA/Ads.
This dude ghosted me and never responded to my emails at all. I think he could tell I wasn't buying his BS.
His job is only to get you to sign up for FBA or Ad's.
