Read onlyHi @Glenn_Amazon, @LeviDylan_Amazon, @Atlas_Amazon, @Dougal_Amazon, @Seller_OPBq1VpCwQO5K
I require your assistance in merging two duplicate SKUs. Despite attempting to merge them through the "Merge duplicate product pages" feature, they were rejected by Amazon citing differences in Manufacturer, brand, and product ID etc. However, upon reviewing the backend, I found that all details are identical.
Could you please provide guidance on how to address this situation and successfully merge the SKUs? Below mentioning the original ASINs and Duplicate ASIN that I need to merge with the Original and mentioning the case number for your reference.
Original ASIN: B07YDR9J3F
Duplicate ASIN: B07ZDT6TBM
Case No: 15059272361
Your support in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance.

Samar Saeed Khan
It appears that both listings feature distinct UPCs. Given this discrepancy, it seems improbable that the listings will be consolidated.
UPC for B07YDR9J3F: 794552982050
UPC for B07ZDT6TBM: 794552000303
Hi there @Seller_KEGJnDuWRRel0,
Thanks for reaching out with your questions on merging identical ASINs. @Seller_ZRl2jImJfnYfJ is correct, if the ASINs aren't entirely identical, including the UPCs, it is extremely unlikely it would be eligible for a merge. I recommend checking out @Michelle_Amazon's Listing Lounge: Duplicate ASIN. You can also use the Self Service Merge Duplicate Product Pages tool. Thank you for your understanding.
