I'm having ongoing issues with Amazon regarding the escalation of cases for seven shipments that cost over $5,000 in total. We handle our own packing and shipping, and UPS has confirmed the weights. However, we continuously receive canned replies stating that there was no shipment at all, so they aren't investigating or reimbursing us. It's incredibly frustrating, and I need assistance in resolving this.

Amazon has programmed their "AI" to always deny and falsely claim that "shipment discrepancy has been counted and confirmed".
There is Zero Accountability at Amazon. The Abuse By Amazon (ABA), is running full speed ahead and fully Automated.
Had this happen one time and some how our warehouse team put the wrong labels on the wrong boxes and long story short it took them 5 months to show up in our inventory. I don't understand how a minor mistake could take 5 months to figure out like that. I would rather they just return to sender. We thought we were just out because same thing, they did 'recieve it" but UPS showed delivered and at one point it was in recieving then it was 0 on all. Months later I have excess inventory on some items and they didn't even tell me they found it, I just figured it out when going over how we ended up with excess.
