Hi,
We have a seller account that received a policy warning at the bottom of this post.
Our Account Health page began showing the following violation: Selling Policies and Seller Code of Conduct (attempting to damage or abuse another seller).
I have read the policy and confirmed I am compliant. I also do not use any 3rd party services to manipulate our account/listings. I have never left a review on my Amazon buyer account and not purchased any competitors products to damage their selling.
Acting fairly : We have adhered to all Amazon policies by ensuring that :
1. We did not provide misleading or inappropriate information.
2. We did not manipulate sales rank
3. We did not increase product prices post-order confirmation
4. We did not artificially inflate web traffic
5. We did not influence search results through keyword manipulation
6. We did not attempt to damage other sellers accounts by their listings or their reviews (we have left any reviews on our buyer account)
7. We do not allow any 3rd party access or anyone else violate Amazon’s policies on our behalf (I am the only person, I am a small business and I am the only employee and we do not give access to 3rd party people/platforms)
The only issue I can think of is 3 foreign sellers have jumped on our ASINs which we stopped selling over 6 months ago, the ASIN is under our USPTO registered trademark however the brand registry got denied as it was falsely given to someone else (I presume one of these foreign sellers). I submitted a complaint via brand registery over 6 months ago and nothing happened, and we were unable to claim the brand back despite showing the trademark certificate in my companies name. Could this be the issue?
We have already gone through one set of communications with Amazon health team and it has not helped (See reply from Amazon at the bottom of this post)

Hello @Seller_B8np9Os3T5tCh,
Thank you for reaching out here on the forums.
For this type of violation you must provide proof that your account has complied with our policies. If you believe submitting a complaint on another seller has caused this issue, you must submit evidence that you made the complaint correctly. What have you submitted so far in your appeal?
You mentioned that you have left reviews from your buyer account. Were the reviews for a fellow seller? Could this be seen as acting unfairly per our policy?
I am looking forward to learning more and guiding you from here. The Forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan
By far the best written post requesting assistance from the Seller community. Glad to hear that things were resolved.
