Hey,

We have recently encountered an issue with one of the listing. amazon get it inactive by saying that UPC of the said listing is in the model section of the listing which is incorrect place, and want us to make a removal order and create another listing.

We have a large number of units out there and will be facing a huge removal fees . I want to resolve this issue and make the listing active again. Can somebody tell me that how can i discuss this issue with senior management of amazon.

I have contacted seller support but of no use.

Thanks,

That is why you get the product remover as quick as possible. So you don't bay the monthly storage fee and stil pay to have the product removed.

As an afterthought. Did you test sell the product first using FBM for at least a month? Smart sellers do. That way any problems such as yours would be resolved at no added cost. Also, you would know the salability of the product and if there was enough profit to pay the Amazon assessed fees, and still have your desired left over to collect.

Hello @Seller_XtEVyOHl0iUFI- and thanks for the post. I think the guidance from @Seller_CW0P5hgbsiqWXhere is sound, as it may be prudent to complete the removal order and and resolve any issues with the UPC rather than risking a possibility of accruing storage fees then still needing to complete a removal order down the line.

That said, I would be happy to take a look at the specifics of this situation on your behalf if you could provide a case ID you've used to investigate with support! In the meantime, I'll share this Seller University video on fixing inactive or suppressed listings in case you haven't watched yet!
