I thought I downgraded to and individual plan over a month ago. I was charged for the professional plan again.
I thought I downgraded to and individual plan over a month ago. I was charged for the professional plan again. I just don't feel it's worth it to pay the monthly fee. I tried to downgrade again today but the site just sent me in circles. Why is it so hard to downgrade?

Go to "Account Info" - "Account management" - "Downgrade account" and under "Selling on Amazon" (click the arrow) you see in what countries you are for "Professional" = monthly fee and "Individual" = -.99/unit.
There you check the circle and "Apply changes".
