Ok it seems more and more postal employees are scanning in items as soon as they get to work and then putting them in their trucks for delivery so the Delivery Times are being Padded and I suspect one of our customers is scamming us saying it was never delivered, this item was delivered 3 weeks ago and they are just now bringing it to our attention that they did not get it, and it is going to be hard to prove it was, when it says it was delivered at 5 AM!!
