Suspected Intellectual Property Violations
we sell playbills and list the cast since many shows that run a long time have me y different cast.
We got a Suspected Intellectual Property Violations on the playbill hairspray starring Marissa Jaret Winokur . I was told the problem was using “Winokur” not her full name just the last. We removed out listing after getting no where with talking to Amazon.
Much to my surprise I have found no less than 3 items from other sellers whose listings start with Marissa Jaret Winokur. I have listed them here.

Can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong that makes my lasting for hairspray an intellectual property violation but not there’s?
I’m desperate to to find a way to list playbills and let the customer know what they are buying and I have gotten no where with amazon support. I can not spend 20 minutes talking to support only to have to remove the listing. I am in tears that somehow I am being singled out by Amazon for what is legal fair use?
Any help would be so appreciated

The bots tend to catch things (either valid or spurious such as this one) when a listing is created or edited. Those would likely be caught if the owner tried to change anything about them.

Just remove the name from the title and the search terms.
