My link is in order and compliance documents have been approved, the product was labeled as unsaleable, said defective, initially said it was a labeling issue, contacted the Transparency Program Manager to find out and said it was a product compliance issue, have asked to change it to saleable inventory but have not received a response, has seriously hindered my sales.

One asin has been stranded by Amazon on "Policy Compliance - Product Condition Complaint - Defective

We looked into all the returned orders associated with this Asin, the most common return reason is "Item is defective". But what part of this Asin is defective? Amazon just deactivated the listing based on such vague return reason? If there is any explicit explaination of what part of this Asin is defective, we will look into it and fix it. We will be helpless to deal with it if we don`t know the root cause!

regarding the recent compliance review for my product, On 01/21/2025, I received an email stating that my appeal was rejected, with my product being misclassified as a "Skin Lightening Cosmetic." Additionally, I was asked to provide further testing through an Amazon-approved third-party lab.

However, I have already completed all necessary testing through a certified laboratory and previously submitted the required compliance documents, including:

ISO Certification

cGMP Compliance Documentation

Product Images with Full Ingredient List

Skin Lightening Test Report (confirming no mercury or bleaching agents)

Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)

Compliance Approval from Amazon (Case ID: 14776114481, approved on 03/12/2024)

These documents confirm that my product is fully compliant with Amazon’s policies and all applicable regulations. Given this, I find it unreasonable to be required to undergo additional testing and incur further costs when I have already provided sufficient proof of compliance.

I kindly request the following:

A full review of the compliance documentation I previously submitted.

A clear explanation of why my prior approval (Case ID: 14776114481) is now being disregarded.
