Listings deactivated due to "Policy Compliance - Product Condition Complaint - Defective"

Hi Amazon,

One asin has been stranded by Amazon on "Policy Compliance - Product Condition Complaint - Defective

We looked into all the returned orders associated with this Asin, the most common return reason is "Item is defective". But what part of this Asin is defective? Amazon just deactivated the listing based on such vague return reason? If there is any explicit explaination of what part of this Asin is defective, we will look into it and fix it. We will be helpless to deal with it if we don`t know the root cause!

As mentioned one of your ASIN were stranded due to this defective complaint, can you provide the ASIN you were encountering issues with? This will help in looking further into the situation to provide more guidance and support. I would also ask that you post any related cases you may have created on the topic.

The return reason mentioned was defective, were there any notes associated with these reasons? Have you received any feedback or claims on the concerned ASIN that align with the return reason? Have you look over any buyer seller messaging to see if the buyer have communicated any concerns?

Once I have a bit more information I can offer more guidance on how to proceed with appealing the ASIN deactivation.

The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.

Emet.
