Received a negative feedback from a buyer that was clearly meant for a different seller.
I can not contact the seller.
Opened a case with Amazon. They say do the "Request Removal". But there is no correct option to choose. No option for mistaken feedback left.

There is no way to remove this kind of feedback. You can only reply professionally to the feedback. I'd bet almost 50% of sellers here have this kind of feedback at some point.
When it happened to me, I just wrote "clearly this feedback about batteries was meant for a different seller, as I sell only books."
Hi @Seller_lGGaBJ4iSJwVu
Would you mind posting back with the ASIN the feedback is associated with and what the feedback says. I would like to take a look.
Susan
A customer canceled their order, and I received negative feedback from them claiming I didn't refund their money. Since the order did not exist, I was unable to contact the customer, which was frustrating.
Same thing happened to me. Buyer bought touch-screen glass for a car navigation radio, and the feedback says something about "leaking water". It makes No Sense. Amazon needs broader seller protections. There are a lot of bad buyers out there
Most of these wrong seller problems would go away if Amazon would just re-write the feedback page.
The sales are too close together on the page, with inadequate borders between. So it is very easy to accidentally leave feedback for the wrong purchase.
