Can't reactivate my account

I had my account deactivated due to inactivity like many other times ( nothing new here)

When I clicked on "reactivate my account", I saw a big banner asking me to update my business. I accidently changed my business type to sole proprietor and now I can't submit my documents to reactivate my account

I still see the banner there, but I does not show me any other option other than sole proprietor. Also, I can't change the business location and now I can't submit my personal documents since it's pending to attach my business documents, which I do not own since I don't have a business in Brazil

My tax info is validated as an individual

If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.

Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. I no longer tag anyone if there is no case #.

They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.…

Do you own a company with other owners? If not, you ARE most probably a "Sole Proprietor" and you don't have to change anything.
