I started using amazon shipping a little over a week ago, the price for next day delivery was £3.48, suddenly yesterday this price has jumped to £6.96 can anybody shed some light on this for me?

In accordance with Amazon Marketplace Fair Pricing Policy and to protect the customer experience, we may suppress shipping options when we believe the shipping rates to customers are excessive.

What will happen?

Ship options that violate policy will no longer be shown to customers for affected SKUs. Customers can still see and buy your offers, excluding the suppressed ship options. If all configured ship options for an offer violate the policy, your entire offer will be suppressed. In the event that your offer is suppressed due to an excessive shipping rate, you will receive an email notification with details on how to proceed.

Why is this happening?

Any ship options that appear to have excessive shipping rates for affected SKUs are in violation of Amazon Marketplace Fair Pricing Policy. This policy can be found at: https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G5TUVJKZHUVMN77V

What can I do?

Please review the policy and update your shipping rates on your Shipping Templates, which can be found on the Shipping Settings page in Seller Central. Your ship options will be reactivated immediately when shipping rates are updated to comply with our policy. However, there may be up to a week of delay in our email notification system.

Our Seller Central Account is deactivated after we changed our companies legal entity.

We have all the right documents to sell on Amazon.

However, we are stuck in a loop where Seller Support won’t help us because they claim our account is deactivated and we can’t make any changes in the Account Health Dashboard.

Does anyone knows another team/ email that we can contact to help us solve this account deactivation?
