A-Z claim granted when Amazon provided the wrong address

Hi all,

I shipped a parcel to the right address exactly shown on the packing slip, but it turned out to be undeliverable due to wrong address.

After talking with the customer, she thought it was entirely my fault shipping to the address that is not what she put, and filed an a-z claimed and got granted right away.

She also proved that her shipping address is somehow really different on her order details (invoice) from the packing slip's.

This order is costly consisting of 5 items. Obviously it is something wrong with the system. I lost all the money plus expensive international shipping fee.

Does anyone happen to have the same experience? Could Amazon do something for the sellers?

thank you

Hello again @Seller_7vetXvcm08VSa- thank you for ensuring this issue was surfaced here on the seller forums.

As we are already connected on this same claim situation via your original thread, I will need to close this one as a duplicate. As our Community Guidelines do look to prohibit issues from spanning multiple threads, please do only create one thread for each issue at hand in the future.

I appreciate your understanding,

Danny
