Hello,
a customer of mine requested a full refund. I shipped what was ordered in a timely manner and the tracking also shows that wrong PO address, undeliverable. but the courier agent said it wouldn't be returned to me but has been destroyed
The order is costly consisting of several items. Is there any thing I could do now instead of submitting her a full refund? In this case, does Amazon have anything else to protect sellers?
thank you
Hi there @Seller_7vetXvcm08VSa- thanks for the post. Did you secure shipping for this order through Amazon Buy Shipping? Which does offer some protections. Or have any insurance in place from the carrier? Both of those could help a resolution here, though you may also need to look to creating a claim with the carrier for the destruction of the items in question.
