Shipping to AWD without pallets
Hi,
We are sending a shipment to AWD 57 boxes, around 380 lb in total. Our boxes meet Amazon requirements for AWD, but when creating the shipment we are not allow to select Small parcel delivery (SPD). Attached is a photo of the shipment creation which indicates we might need 1 pallet; however, we do not own any pallets so we are unable to put the boxes on a pallet. Is it going to be an issue if the boxes are on their own?

Hello @Seller_YGeGgJ9P8tykP Have you opened a support case with details on your shipment and the screenshot showing the notification you receive when trying to complete that shipment?
