As a new amazon seller, my account has been deactivated and I was asked to submit proof documents. My initial submission did not pass the verification process. Can I make another appeal or submit additional documentation for reconsideration? I would appreciate any advice or insights on this matter.
In the event that we are unable to successfully appeal and regain access to our account, what steps should we take regarding our brand registration on Amazon? We've already completed the brand registration process, but without access to our account, we're uncertain about how to proceed to maintain our brand's status. Any advice or recommendations on how to handle this situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
