Hello! I had some orders that came in Friday and had a next day delivery promise date (Saturday) the addresses were for a commercial location that was not open on Saturday. The only shipping method available was a GROUND method and it delivered Monday. Because it delivered Monday it has impacted our on time delivery metrics and had us fall below the requirement for PRIME. Is there any possibility I can dispute this?
Hello @Seller_3r9cMPldWrFM2,
The first step I would recommend is to communicate this situation with Amazon Seller Support. Have you already created a case with Seller Support regarding this issue? If so, could you please share the case ID with us? That would be the best place to start addressing this situation.
Seller Support will be able to review the details of the orders and delivery timeline, and determine if there are any options to dispute the impact on your on-time delivery metrics. They are the team best equipped to provide guidance and assistance with this type of fulfillment issue.
For more information please visit the page Frequently asked questions about on-time delivery rate (OTDR).
Thank you for contacting us here at the Forums and please let me know if you have already opened a case, and provide the case ID if available. I'm happy to follow up with Seller Support on your behalf once I have those details.
Best regards,
-Roxy
