shipping template getting turned off automatically

My shipping template getting turned off automatically and frequently, so what happens my offers are not visible to the buyers on amazon, so i 'm get to know about this issue only i notice why less orders, so what heppens it for multiple times, i lost almost 2-3 lakhs of rupes in my business,

i raised a lots of cases but still not getting the solutuion. from the support end
