you should talk about how many sellers you destroyed
Rough year for the forums.
Quite a bit of discontent over the new format.
As with any new thing there have been issues to resolve but over all the forum still functions.
Some old hats left over the changes so there has been a loss of knowledge.
New mods filled the gaps but their contributions are more "corperate" than real life experiance.
Mods have been able to escalate items though which is fairly new at this scale.
The user interface is less intuitive fo browse and follow a discussion.
Overall I beleive its a net loss but still functional and with one very useful new feature (mods escalating issues)
Maybe its not a good thing so many sellers needed to result to forums to find answers, since amazon is no help and we have to rely on eachother to find solutions or ways around the flawed system
I would be much more interested to know what the most relevant complaints from sellers have been, and any resolutions initiated by Amazon resulting from the issues discussed.
56%/$300K Overbilling Caused by Amazon Sponsored Product, Brand & Display Ads Delivering for Offers Blocked in California & Amazon Business as Result of CEC Tier 2 Geographic Restriction
This issue is widespread with 1000s of sellers being cheated.

I call B.S. on this one ...
The below may not be 100% accurate, BUT I suspect it's not far off.
"The platform houses approximately 9.7 million sellers worldwide, with 2.3 million of them actively participating in the Amazon marketplace."
1. If there are about 2.3 mill active sellers I can about guarantee that 1.5 mill are not coming into the forums. The views alone don't seem to substantiate that
Now ... if you mean "non-unique" visits, then I could see that.
2. If that is truly "unique" visitors it is sad that so many needed the forums help because Seller Support couldn't
3. This would also mean over 1/2 of active sellers have issues that aren't getting addressed
I would love to see the numbers vs. the OSFE!
PS - I HAVE to add this Thread I created in Jan. 2023 to this one.
𝗡𝗦𝗙𝗘 - 𝗜𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲𝘀 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲, 𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀, 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗳𝗳 𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗳𝗳 𝗜 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 ... 𝗝𝗮𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯
Let us look at what has been resolved in the last year compared to the complaints/issues.
1. Doxing - Nope. So many good posters have left for another forum.
2. Thumbs Down Voting - Nope. They're just as unhelpful as before 99% of the time
3. NSFE shows OLD OSFE posting handles - I guess, but the OSFE is gone so not sure that counts as resolved
4. Banner "There are updates to this discussion, please refresh" - Yes
5. Nesting - Nope
6. "Search" within the thread - Nope
7. "Search by poster" - Nope
8. Quoting from a post - Sometimes still doesn't work
9. Images - Yes. Clicking now shows the image and it can be enlarged
10. Categories - Nope. Still the same missing and needed categories
11. Locked threads can not be voted on by NSFE posters - A year later I'm still unsure where I fall on this.
12. Lack of Browser Tab "Titles" - Fixed!
13. User Profile needs a "Discussions started" section with links to those threads in the profile, instead of just the number of them - Nope
14. Character Count, 20 is a bit high - Nope, but whatever
Overall we're still left with a hard to use forum that only lends itself to not participating very much.
Left out the stat for the billions of dollars 3rd party sellers lost due to customer fraud.
As new company selling on amazon i felt totally disapointed with the Account Health support department.
We ve been Banned by a competitor and suspended.
We dont receive any further detal. We dont know what we did wrong. We only sell FBA, we were accused of "Attempting or Abuse another seller". Thats false.
If we dont provide prooff os something we ve never done we are out. Strange....
We sell in othe plataforms in other countries ans this never happened to us. We were exited to start selling in amazon but with this we discover its a bleff.
There is a bussiness behind cometitors banning new sellers, amazon didnt providing proper information and lawyers oferring their services...
Up to now. Bad expetience. Frustrating.
"If you read every Forums post from 2023 back to back, it'd be equivalent to watching the 'Barbie' movie 2,000 times."
As someone who only read maybe 1% of the posts, I can honestly say it FELT like watching the Barbie movie 20 times.
