I’m a new seller on Amazon and I recently ran into an issue I’m hoping to get some advice on.
So far, I’ve only had one FBM order on my account. Unfortunately, due to my inexperience and not fully understanding the handling/shipping timing, that one order was marked as late. This caused my On-Time Delivery Rate (OTDR) to drop to 0%.
I completely understand the importance of delivering on time and I take full responsibility. I've already submitted an appeal explaining my situation and confirming that I’ve reviewed and corrected my process. However, I'm now very concerned that my FBM privileges may be suspended because of this one mistake.
The problem is – I don’t have any new orders coming in to help improve my OTDR. I want to fix this and prove I’m a reliable seller, but without more orders, I feel stuck.
Has anyone been in this situation before? What can I do to prevent deactivation of my FBM selling privileges? Is there any way to request a manual review of account health when the volume is so low?

You won't be deactivated over a single defect on OTDR, but it may affect your visibility on offer pages.
Only thing you can do is wait, and make sure that you do everything perfectly until the issue clears (of course, you should strive to do that anyway).
