I received a product condition complaint about one of my products. We submitted appeal twice, but the issue remains unresolved. Here's Amazon's response.

We received your appeal, but we are unable to resolve your issues at this time. To resolve your issues, reply to this message after you have implemented all of the remedies outlined in your appeal.
What happens if I do not implement all of the remedies outlined in my appeal?
If you do not implement all of these remedies, your issues will remain unresolved.

We have removed all units in the Amazon fulfillment centers and won't send them back to Amazon. At the same time, we have made new units according to the plan outlined in my appeal.
I mentioned in my appeal that the remedies had been implemented. So, I'm not sure what I need to do next.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You mention having made new units, could you clarify what you mean by this? Have you made adjustments to your product?
