My new product is a candy cane shaped beeswax candle that I designed ( my own moulds) and produced with my own brand

How can i know if I can list this with " candy cane " in ASIN title and bullet points? I see from CANDY CANE is trademarked for candles

I dont know how else to describe this item?

If I say something like Christmas candy shaped candle its not the same

Amazon ip policy says that I can use trademarked words in its dictionary meaning. But is there any way to vet new listings with amazon first BEFORE uploading? I dont want to send my stock to FBA and invest in PPCs and then get hit with policy violations

Hi everyone,

I’m planning to launch my first product on Amazon (for the US market), and I recently realized that it includes an LED tealight candle powered by coin batteries. While this adds value to the product, I discovered that Amazon has strict requirements for selling products with coin batteries.

I’m trying to decide whether I should:

-Keep the LED tealight candle and go through the process of meeting Amazon's requirements, which could take time and cost extra for testing and packaging updates, OR

-Get rid off the LED tealight, don't deal with any of these.

I don’t think either option is impossible, but I’m stuck on what would make more sense for my product and launch timeline. On one hand, the LED candle adds value, but on the other hand, the compliance process could delay my launch and eat into my budget.

I’d love to hear from anyone who has dealt with a similar issue or has insights into how difficult or expensive it is to meet Amazon’s coin battery requirements.

I'm all confused. I guess I want to hear something from someone who has some ideas about selling on Amazon.
