Money withheld from payments under category "other" and cant get an answer why it was deducted from my payments. HELP
on 2 different dates, large amount of money was deducted, under the " other" category, and i have no idea why. I have messaged, called, and emailed amazon and they have not given me an answer. Can someone help with this please? Or who to contact to get an answer?

Are you sure it is not the holdback reserve Amazon keeps through the end of January; just incase all of your holiday sales are returned.

There is never an answer about these. Dont waste your time. Just raise prices and build the theft into the prices the customer pays. I plan on 250.00 a month in other charges or postal adjustments that are not right. I have made sure to pass that on to the customer because what other choice in there.

Same problem here. I have one that when you open it, it says nothing about what it was for. Now I have $30 more missing but no receipt for that charge.
