Don’t bother with seller support. They are wrong about 50% of the time.

I would say you are wasting your time here, seller support is as useful as a box of sand in my opinion.
We asked them to turn a picture a quarter turn as every time we load the picture it somehow gets turned, they can not seem to understand what we want which tells me they are incompetent.
You really would have much better luck in asking the question on here.
Guys. Just google “Amazon seller support contact number” Comes right up with the number you need. I always end up talking to someone.
I finally got a working number. I called them one after another. {Removed phone number} Why could no one just help me and give me the number. I did not need to have a professional account. Many of you were not helpful and mean. I thought we were here to support each other. HA.

The OP was answered, correctly, factually, and directly. The OP did not like the answer, thought it was mean, started a new thread throwing a tantrum about how everyone was mean to him because he did not get the answer he wanted… The OP comes back to this thread and drops that toll free number (Amazon doesn’t pay for toll free numbers).

I called one time and the automated Amazon bot said that “this call is very important to us, please continue to hold”. Made me feel important.
Pretty soon, Amazon will shut down any and all phone contact with SS, due to sellers abusing it. That’s what they did with Live Chat.
Think about it.
That’s why they provide all those “Help” possibilities to answer your question, before creating more work for an already overwhelmed staff of people that can rarely help anyway.
Learn how to search the help pages and seller fora. The answers are there. Some are just not willing to work toward a solution.

This may sound mean, but how about clicking on the “Get Support” radio button.
i found their phone number on google. put in amazon seller support telephone number and it should pop up.i did get to talk to a person. the hold time wasnt too long either
