Mod Provided Help Links That Don't Work

Over the past few months, we have noticed forum Mods providing links that take you to this page ...

This happens because the Mod provides a link to the Mod access area of Amazon.

The links will have www and .dev in the URL.

Example :

If you are provided with a link with the above formatting, the way to correct the URL, so that you can see the reference that the Mod is providing, simply remove the www and replace the .dev with .com. The provided Mod URL will then work for you.

Example:

Hopefully, you will now be able to access those referenced links that haven't worked for you in the past.

If you come across a Mod who has provided such a link, please reply to them and refer them to this thread so they will have their memory jogged a little for their future replies.

We are not going to tag any Mods as we have seen this with several of them and we do not intend to shame anyone. This post is intended to help the sellers when it happens and remind the Mods to be careful with the link formatting when providing.

Apparently the message to NOT divulge all the top secret links on Amazon has not been fully filtered through all the gerbil tubes of the Silo structure so far.

This is what happens with silos gone wild.................😁😁😁

If the mods tell you to look at that page, you should do everything within your power to look at it. After all, mods are always helpful and are never wrong.

You may need the assistance of a password generator. With AI becoming so popular, I hear that good ones are common.
