Read onlyHello, it has come to my attention that a competitor of mine used an associate of theirs to leave me a 1 star product review. This competitor recently lost an Amazon neutral arbitration patent infringement case against me, and has now resorted to violating Amazon's policy to hurt my sales and damage my brand. I can provide screenshots of the buyer and company representative which you can verify in my order history.
I am requesting the review to be taken down and a formal investigation into this company who has violated Amazon policy and creating an unhealthy and hostile selling environment on this platform.

The bottom line is this. With 2.3 million USA sellers on the Amazon site, Amazon is not interested in a he said/she said situation. The review is there to stay. But there is a solution.
Feedback come on the average of 1-2 per 100 sales, and Reviews come even less. Your best option is to sell a few thousand more and the Review will fade down the page.
The best thing you can do :
Go to : Report abuse
and select "Another seller account is attempting to harm my business"
Describe your issue , send report and forget this, make your business.

Can you please help and escalate?? This is getting out of hand. I've already emailed the correct departments and haven't heard back.
