Read onlyI have noticed over the past few weeks that seller support has slowed down their response time quite a bit.
I can't get on a call with the Account health specialists, regular support has a long wait time, and I have multiple cases that have gone unsolved for weeks.
Not to mention, I have to be annoyingly persistent to get anything other than a copy/paste AMZ policy answer.
It would be great to hear other sellers' experiences, or to have some insight from the moderators in this forum. Is this the new normal?

I have followed up on this situation, as of 8/23/24 your violations should have been confirmed as removed and points restored. If you are still experiencing issue with that please follow up with screenshots of remaining issues.
Regarding the variation still appearing broken, I have reached out to our community managers to review your situation further and follow up if they can offer a bit more guidance on this.
