Amazon Seller Support Team, I’m in a critical situation and desperately need your advice.
Timeline:
✅ March 24: Submitted all documents for "Identity Verification Violation" as requested.
❌ My account has been deactivated while my appeal is still in progress,And over 10 days later,ZERO updates from Seller Support.
Current Crisis:
⚠️ $10,000+ USD inventory stranded at port – Can’t ship to FBA!
⚠️ Daily demurrage fees + inventory turnover collapsing.
What I’ve Tried:
Opened multiple cases via Seller Central → Only generic replies: "Under review".
