Read onlySo I recently found out via Amazon customer service that I spoke to 3 different reps, and they all said the same thing; I also want to clarify that this is correct. According to customer service, having a friend purchase a product and leave you endless 5-star reviews is ok. They can go on, and any time you see your ODR drop, have them submit 10 5-star reviews to cover all the 1 stars, and you're good to go, no worrying about our dropping and your stats messing up. I'd like you all to correct your customer service if they are wrong, @Blake_Amazon @Danny_Amazon @CR_Amazon @Jameson_Amazon @Topher_Amazon
I sent in the following user information and was told that everything is fine and there is no violation; I want things cleared up. Is this OK to do, or is this some violation of Amazon's terms and conditions so far? From what I can tell with this user, 50% of the 5-star reviews come from 1 user. There is no report button on Store Reviews, only Product Reviews, so I'm guessing this is the cheat code, right?: https://www.amazon.com/sp?ie=UTF8&seller=ASENPHF4EV3DQ
