Hello Seller
As part of a review, your Amazon seller account has been temporarily deactivated. Your listings are not active in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Business Solutions Agreement. We understand that this deactivation may be concerning for your business. To help you successfully reactivate your account, please review the following information and address the concerns.
Why is this happening?
In order to ensure that customers can shop with confidence on Amazon, we routinely request additional documentation from sellers to verify their account information and confirm authenticity of certain items.
To complete our review, submit the requested documents to confirm the authenticity of the following items. If you believe there has been an error, we still request that you submit documentation for the following items:
What are the items? What documentation did they ask for? Did you send anything yet?
@amazon 3 days and still no answer what is going on
Hello @Seller_44gMSaEBqDUTk,
Thank you for posting your concerns with your account.
I submitted
1) invoice it also shows all of my wholesalers information
2) Bill Of landing showing my my products where delivered to me
3) Pictures of the actual products and ASINS of what i purchased
Based on the concern and situation a pictures of the product cannot be accepted as they do not validate the products authenticity or full supply chain. Bill of lading may be helpful if you can show they were sourced from a brand authorized wholesale supplier. Do you or your supplier have a letter of authorization issued by the brand itself to verify the product? When you provided your invoices did you ensure all sourcing documentation meet our invoice requirements?
As mentioned by @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 if these documents cannot be validated or do not meet our requirements, the account would not be eligible for reactivation and will remain deactivated. The verification of authenticity and approved supply chain in these situations is the only path to reactivation. When you sourced these from your wholesale supplier, did you verify if they were authorized by the brand, or if you were allowed to sell these specifically on amazon?
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
