Product incorrectly classified as NHP

Hello,

Has anyone ever had the problem where their listing is incorrectly classified as a Natural Health Product (NHP)? Our product contains two components:

  • Component 1 is a medical device
  • Component 2 is a gel/lubricant and is an accessory to component 1. Component 2 itself makes no therapeutic claims other than lubrication.

Because component 2 makes no therapeutic claims, it cannot be classified as an NHP. However our listing has been removed due to this. Does anyone have any experience with how to resolve this?

Amazon support hasn't been any help.
