While I can list one variation of the same product from the same brand, I receive a "not available" error when I try to list another variation that is simply a different color.

I have approval for this brand, which allows me to list one color variation of the product. However, when I opened a case to report my issue, I received responses stating that I do not meet the criteria to sell this product or detailing the steps required to sell approved products.

"I have already provided my invoice and obtained the necessary permissions, which is why I can list one color of the product. How can I not meet the criteria for another color? This is a contradictory situation." When I open a case stating this, I always receive the same responses after long correspondences.
