Read onlyHello Amazon Team,
We typically maintain our Late Shipment Rate below the 4% target. Unfortunately we received orders over the past weekend in advance of Winter Storm Blair which impacted fulfillment from our Ohio based fulfillment center on Monday January 7. FedEx, UPS and USPS all issued Winter Storm Blair Service Alerts.
This impacted 4 orders for Late Shipping. We upgraded all 4 to Overnight Shipping services and got them shipped the next day. They all still delivered on time (with 1 delivery exception for several weather delay by the carrier noted by the carrier - and delivered the next day)
I understand there is a possibility to exempt these flagged orders due to severe weather impacts. How would I go about submitting to the right department for this to be reviewed?
Thanks!
