Read onlyHello, I need some help. I sell on Amazon, and until now, my account late shipment rate has never been above 4%. Due to some system issues, I've been delayed in providing tracking information. Now, my late shipment rate for Last 10 days has gone above 4% to 4.61% but for 30 days it will be at 1.1%. so I’m barely ok with the 30 day range.. But because of the 10-day, I'm seeing a warning on my account that says ' Your account is at risk of deactivation'.
Will my account get suspended for it being over 4% for the last 10 days? Or is the 10 day more of a watch so you can get it under control before it affects your 30 day?
Thank you in advance
When you get a "warning", it's basically telling you to get things straight and not mess up anymore. If you ship all your orders on time, then you'll be okay. But at this point, just a small number of late shipments may put you in trouble.
