I’ve been requesting a bin check for inventory that Amazon has marked as unfulfillable or expired. However, SS continues to respond stating that this issue is related to reimbursement, damage claims, or warehouse loss claims.

All our inventory is set to expire well after 2030, so we’re confident that the items are not expired. It seems that additional units have been marked as unfulfillable, which is now impacting our existing sellable inventory before the new stock arrives.

I would greatly appreciate assistance from the community managers.

A customer has claimed a product is expired and I have a expired complaint on my account. After a successful Bin Check to prove it is not expired, my attempts appeal have been rejected. I have removed a violation before using a a bin check to prove its expiration date, why is it not working this time? Is there a way to escalate or for someone to look into it?

Here is the response from the bin check:

"We understand that you are facing issue with expiration date of ASIN - B0BRTRVSWF.

Upon investigation of this case, we have verified that all units for the ASIN - B0BRTRVSWF (FNSKU - X004IUC1MT) in your inventory are not expired and hence are in sellable condition.

Please be informed that the expiry date for ASIN - B0BRTRVSWF is June 6, 2025.

At the time of check-in at Amazon fulfillment center, all products must have a remaining shelf life that allows sufficient time for the product to be consumed in full, plus an additional 90 days. For example, a bottle of supplements with 240 daily servings must have a remaining shelf life of 240 days and an additional 90 days, which makes 330 days.

Therefore your units will be expired by next month."

@Seller_zukQNO61PzGckAmazon keeps falsely marking our inventory as expired, issue has been going on for several months now.
