This is very big Problem for Sellers. Customers doing fraud continuously Many time they return same very old product against receiving new. Amazon is not taking action against this kind of customers they are misusing Amazon Return Policy. It is time to wake up for Amazon.

Same issue. Amazon team is blind towards the issue. Instead of addressing the issue, they just ask sellers to file SAfe-t claims. Being such a big company amazon fails to protect sellers

Same issue with FBA too, seller don't get iny feedback/info on returned product. Amazon India need to wake up.
