On April 1st, I submitted the required identity verification documents, including a video verification, as per the instructions on the Account Health page. I was informed that the documents would be analyzed within two days. However, it has now been over a week, and the documents are still marked as pending. Additionally, my account has been blocked, and I am unable to create a new case or contact support.
I have attempted to reach Amazon by phone, but I have not received a response.
Could you kindly assist in resolving this issue? Amazon has failed to analyze the identity documents within the given time frame, which led to the deactivation of my account.
