i submitted the Missing Inventory Case against Shipment ID FBA18FDW994X four months ago . Till now several cases has opened for the same but not getting any reply/update from FBA Team, i have talked to support team as well but all in vain. is there any one who can sort out this issue ? amazon is not providing my inventory nor giving me the reimbursement. This is very annoying.
We provided the delivery appointment, invoice, and screenshot of shipment history that shows that the units were delivered to Amazon and sent out to various warehouse locations.
