Issue with Amazon documentation request for Hazmat Items
We have been attempting to comply with Amazon requests for documentation several times in relation to providing SDS sheets for a hazmat item that they are unable to classify. We have promptly provided them to which Amazon fails to respond and has reportedly disposed of our inventory even though they are the ones that did not follow up after the documents were submitted with any constructive feedback. Most cases have been in progress since December with little to no traction from the support team other than canned responses that they are continuing to work on the investigation.

The ASIN ending in SVPE is classified as a dangerous good as a flammable liquid per the SDS you have shared with Amazon.
Per the Dangerous Goods guide and policy, FBA can only fulfill Dangerous Goods in ‘Limited Quantity’ (LQ). This ASIN exceeds the Dangerous Goods in ‘Limited Quantity’ and cannot be fulfilled by Amazon. If there is stock in fulfillment center, please organize the disposal of the units. It's also recommend to not create any further inbound shipments to fulfillment centers at this time.
However, you should be able to ship this product through the Merchant Fulfilled Network (MFN)/FBM.
