We have been attempting to comply with Amazon requests for documentation several times in relation to providing SDS sheets for a hazmat item that they are unable to classify. We have promptly provided them to which Amazon fails to respond and has reportedly disposed of our inventory even though they are the ones that did not follow up after the documents were submitted with any constructive feedback. Most cases have been in progress since December with little to no traction from the support team other than canned responses that they are continuing to work on the investigation.
