Amazon changed our title, showing a different title than the one we entered, and provided incorrect information and features, resulting in a spike in returns.
When we tried to ask seller support about stopping AI from changing our listings, they simply replied with templates and were unhelpful.
Amazon used to send us the 'new title' and asked whether or not we accepted it on the Explore Brand Selection page before making any changes. However, it seems they are now directly changing them, and making it nearly impossible for sellers to revert the changes.
My question is: How do I stop the AI from changing our listings, and how do we fix the current one that has been altered?
Firstly I would like to ask do you have the product listed in a different market place?
If you are Brand Registered you should be able to revert the changes. Insist with seller support and ask them to call you. Be patient and explain the situation again and again, hopefully you will find a rep that knows about it. They can revert it.
I haven't actually tried it yet, but just stumbled on this yesterday. Not sure if this is what you are looking for.
In the Edit Listing in Seller Central, go to Product Details. Under Item Name, many of my listings have a pre-checked selection to Run A/B testing. I'm going to uncheck that.
I have no idea how to do it in bulk.
Hello @Seller_wI3jJJRzzyv8Tand I'm sorry to hear you aren't finding this title switch easy...

Greetings Everyone,
As mentioned by @Danny_Amazon:
The Review Listing Updates program does not offer the option to opt in or out. However, you do remain in control of the updates published by providing your feedback by the listed Feedback Due Date. If you agree with, or do not respond to the recommended updates, they will be published once the Feedback Due Date has elapsed. You can contact our seller support team to make any updates if the due date has already passed.
If you disagree with the proposed changes in your feedback, the existing attributes values will persist and the updates will NOT be published. Enrollment is only needed to view listing recommendations from external sources on New Selection Opportunities; with the flexibility to un-enroll anytime. New Selection Opportunities help you identify products you are not currently offering on Amazon. You can identify and approve products not on Amazon, modify content, and provide any additional details including price and inventory. Note, although you remain in control of your listings, you cannot opt-out of AI-recommended listing updates in the "Review Listing Updates" view.”
To resolve through our support channels, please open a case with support, selecting ‘Title, description, bullet update’. Then select “Title,’ and enter the desired title for the product.
If you have additional questions about the Explore Brand Selection Program please feel free to reach out. Thank you for your understanding.
